Core Value

Core values are what support the vision, shape the culture and reflect what the company values.  They are the essence of the company’s identity – the principles, beliefs or philosophy of values. Establishing strong core values provides both internal and external advantages to the company.

Core values help companies in the decision-making processes. For example, if one of our core values is to stand behind the quality of our products, all products not reaching the satisfactory standard are automatically eliminated.

The Seven Core Values

Integrity

Acting with honesty and honor without compromising the truth. Being ethically unyielding and honest and inspiring trust by saying what we mean.

We match our behaviors to our words and take responsibility for our actions. We as HNL employees need to be honest with the organization, our colleagues at HNL, our vendors as well as our customers. We need to be honest in all aspects of our professional life.

Respect for All

At HNL, we respect each other. We encourage openness and support each other as members of a high performance team. We hold ourselves to high standards because we believe we are up for any challenge.

Commitment & Ownership

Committing to great product, service, and other initiatives that impact lives within and outside the HNL .We take care of our employees and customers equally. We all act like owners, treating the Company’s assets as our own and keeping the long term success of the company in mind.

Accountability

We hold ourselves personally accountable to meet the business needs, improve our systems and help others improve their effectiveness. We acknowledge and assume responsibility for actions, products, decisions, and policies. It can be applied to both individual accountability on the part of employees and accountability of the company as a whole.

Team Work

We pool our abilities to accomplish our shared goals. All HNL employees are a part of network’s team, committed to working together. Only by sharing ideas, technologies and talents the network can achieve and sustain profitable growth.

Discipline

We organize and focus on our people and resources for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. We at HUM evaluate our fiscal performance periodically. We respect each others’ time and adhere to company’s policies.

Health & Safety

We take extra care in maintaining healthy & safe environment and hygiene of our employees . We strive to provide an accident-free workplace.

Way Forward

  • The core team to present the core values to the representative of all functions within HNL nominated by their respective HOD’s.
  • The nominated representative from each function to make presentations within their respective functions.
  • Booklets, Manuals, e-flyers, posters and standees (both in English and Urdu) will be displayed and distributed across the organization.
  • As a Policy on every Monday Core Value meetings will be held within each function . Each employee would share his/her understanding of one core value and relate it to some personal & professional experiences.
  • Core Value celebration day will be held every alternate month to reinforce the values among employees.
  • Theme color may be decided for each core value and various award/ incentives will be arranged for the reinforcement of the values across the organization.
  • Awareness trainings on core values will be held across the organization.
